Titans march past Saints 31-14

The Tennessee Titans beat the New Orleans Saints 31-14 on Monday Night Football in a game that was led by the Titans from start to finish.

The Titans got their chance to perform on the primetime stage monday night and they made the most of it. They continued to prove to the rest of the league that they belong in upper part of the NFL.

The Titans played soundly on both sides of the ball by posting 186 yards passing and 98 rushing while only allowing the Saints only 186 passing and a measly 34 yards rushing. Drew Brees struggled all night throwing four interceptions and he lost one fumble.

Along with Brees troubles Reggie Bush struggled as well under the close contact from the Titans defense. LB Keith Bulluck caught three interceptions that helped the defensive performance that shut down the Saints offensive attack.

Vince Young posted a solid game leading the offense with14/22 passing for 164 yards and two touchdowns and one interception. Along with Young the combo of White and Brown posted 88 yards rushing.

The win pushes the Titans record to 2-1 going into th bye week.
